What is reclamation?
It is the process of creating new land from oceans, riverbeds, or lake beds.
There are many methods to achieve Land Reclamation, the simplest method involves filling designated space with large quantities of material such as rock, then packing with another material like dirt. Land dredging is another method companies utilize in Land Reclamation. Dredging is the removal of sediments and debris from the bottom of a body of water. All methods of reclamation involve moving large loads of material: heavy rock, cement, dirt, sand, which takes extended amounts of time.
