Standard Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations of all Employees:
TECHNICAL ELEMENTS:

JOB SPECIFIC ELEMENTS:
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
- Assist in the design, testing, and evaluation of new products or product enhancements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews with the engineering and R&D teams.
- Support the preparation of technical drawings and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
PROJECT ASSISTANCE
- Contribute to the execution of engineering projects by performing assigned tasks, including data analysis, prototyping, and validation testing.
- Help track project timelines and milestones, identifying and escalating issues when needed.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Aid in diagnosing and troubleshooting engineering issues in collaboration with production or service teams.
- Support the testing and validation of design modifications or process changes.
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
- Assist in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation, including test results, design notes, and project records.
- Help prepare presentation materials and status updates for internal team meetings.
COLLABERATIONA DN COMMUNICATION
- Work cross-functionally with teams including production, quality, and supply chain to support engineering initiatives.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
ALTERNATE DUTIES:
- Perform other engineering or company related tasks as delegated by Engineering Manager.
