WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

Standard Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations of all Employees:

TECHNICAL ELEMENTS:

JOB SPECIFIC ELEMENTS:  

Research, supply, distribute, and purchase parts as directed for production, service and in-house projects, shop maintenance, and used builds upon demand.
Issue items to projects and return issued parts back to inventory.
Direct Parts Driver on local runs. During downtime, direct parts driver to assist with yard cleanup, inventory duties, etc.
Coordinate with Director of Operations as needed.
Coordinate with fabrication shop on parts for production.
Coordinate with powder coat vendors on production daily needs and custom colors.
Separate and track parts kits for powder coating.
Assist service manager with ordering non-stocked parts for service.
Perform physical inventory count with team twice per year over a weekend.
Ensure forklifts and parts trucks are safe, serviced, and in good working order.
Hold vendors accountable for service and products.

 

ALTERNATE DUTIES:

Assist Inventory Coordinator as needed with purchasing, receiving, and pulling project crates.
Assist Inventory Coordinator and Inventory Manager on inventory management duties. Examples include cycle counts, project allocation research, and organization.
Assist Service Manager as needed with parts and shipping.
Coordinate with other employees on keeping yard and parts room organized.
 Drive company vehicle(s) to pick up parts from local vendors as a backup when required
