We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social channels. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaign materials, manage content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Responsibilities include assisting with campaign coordination, maintaining website and social media content, conducting market research, and analyzing performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness. The role also provides administrative support by managing calendars, tracking projects and budgets, and coordinating meetings and materials.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. This position plays a key role in enhancing customer engagement, supporting brand consistency, and contributing to overall marketing success.
JOB SPECIFIC ELEMENTS:
Campaign Support
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Content Management
- Help maintain and update the company’s website, social media platforms, and other digital assets.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collect and analyze data on competitors, customer demographics, and market conditions.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research findings.
Administrative Support
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and budget tracking documents.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Manage inventory of marketing materials and coordinate reorders as needed.
Digital Marketing
- Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Assist in analyzing web traffic metrics and performance data to suggest improvements.
Customer Engagement
- Help manage customer feedback and inquiries through various channels.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Assist in maintaining and updating brand assets and documentation.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of OR-OSHA regulations and changes.
- Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment, including telephones, calculators, copiers, fax, computers, and relevant computer software, such as but not limited to MS Excel, Word, Customer Management Software, etc.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year(s) relevant experience in a marketing profession
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be required to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Hand-eye coordination and hand, arm, and finger mobility for detailed work with objects.
- Active movement throughout the day: sitting, walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, etc. (not a sedentary position).
- Vision: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Hearing: able to satisfactorily communicate with customers, owners, and other staff members to ensure that verbal communication is clearly understood, particularly during emergency situations.
- Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or operate equipment.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels.
- Exposure to hectic, fast-paced, high-anxiety environments.
