POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the flow of materials, supplies, and equipment that keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating part distribution, and ensuring that warehouse processes are efficient, accurate, and timely. You will work closely with production, service, and vendor partners to meet daily operational needs while maintaining a safe and well-organized warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our commitment to quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

JOB SPECIFIC ELEMENTS:  


• Research, supply, distribute, and purchase parts as directed for production, service, and in-house projects, shop maintenance, and used builds on demand.
• Issue items to projects and return issued parts back to inventory.
• Direct the Parts Driver on local runs. During downtime, direct parts driver to assist with yard cleanup, inventory duties, etc.
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations as needed.
• Coordinate with the fabrication shop on parts for production.
• Coordinate with powder coat vendors on daily production needs and custom colors.
• Separate and track parts kits for powder coating.
• Assist the Service Manager with ordering non-stocked parts for service.
• Perform physical inventory counts with the team twice per year over a weekend.
• Ensure forklifts and parts trucks are safe, serviced, and in good working order.
• Hold vendors accountable for service and products.

 

ALTERNATE DUTIES:


• Assist the Inventory Coordinator as needed with purchasing, receiving, and pulling project crates.
• Support the Inventory Coordinator and Inventory Manager with inventory management duties, including cycle counts, research on project allocation, and organization.
• Assist the Service Manager with parts and shipping as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to keep the yard and parts room organized.
• Drive company vehicle(s) to pick up parts from local vendors as a backup when required.
