The AT7 and TR20 are powered by a Caterpillar ® Tier IV C7.1 ACERT engine, designed to be ideal for heavy industrial and construction applications.

The CAT engine that drives the AT7 and the TR20 is known for its exceptional build and industry-leading performance standards. With 225 horsepower, the engine is capable of simultaneously operating high-demand functions like independent steering of all four wheels, navigating off road terrain, and slinging a large volume of material up to 150’ away.

This engine is also designed to be extremely efficient even under the most demanding conditions, able to meet the equipment’s operating cycles with reduced fuel consumption. Because of its efficient design, the C7.1 U.S. EPA & CARB Tier 4 Final, EU Stage V emission standards. Furthermore, with Caterpillar’s passive regeneration system, the DPF is continually clean which keeps it running longer and more efficiently. This process happens in the background and does not interfere with operation.
